The home is about 1/2 mile to grocery stores, Super Walmart, minutes from shopping malls like Miromar Outlet and Coconut Point. Also the home is 17-20 minutes from the beach. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood with ample amount of privacy during COVID.
The home is updated with tasteful decor and modern finishes. It is quite spacious and can accommodate up to 6 guests very comfortably

-The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large window looking out to the backyard allowing the Florida sunshine to pour in.
-The master bathroom is has a new soaker tub and modern walk in shower.

-This rental features an added bonus room. Great for remote working/schooling with a desk. Also has a low table and cushions which for kids crafts and a game of cards.
