This home is a 1970's A frame style cabin that has an eclectic Colorado Outdoor Lover's decor. It is set back off the road, on a 2 acre property with an 8 ft privacy fence in the front dividing the shared driveway with another home. There are tons of hiking trails within a short drive. It is located a half mile from Trimble Hot Springs & Spa and 10 minutes to Durango City Limits.
This home is best suited for folks who want to gather together in an open floor plan, enjoy the serenity of the tall trees, play outside during the day in Durango's ENORMOUS backyard, and live the good life in the moment. This is our cabin in the woods that is close to town. It does not boast elegant finishing touches, suburban curb appeal, or the shine of a new home. But it has upgrades where we think it counts, is comfortable and unique. We hope you will enjoy it too!
