The lanai is the ultimate relaxation spot with a sparkling, heated salt water pool with an attached spa, an outdoor dining table with impeccable water views, and an outdoor kitchen for group barbecues. There is also a second-floor balcony with additional dining space and wonderful views of the canal and the river. There is also a tiki hut with a dining table, a captain's walk for great fishing and a dock to tie up a boat. The inside of this home is just as wonderful as the outside. The grand living room boasts a huge TV where you can watch your favorite shows while comfortably snuggling on the large sofa and a gas fireplace to keep you nice and warm in the winter months.
