Enjoy coffee on the deck as you take in spectacular views. Maybe spot the Cog Railway running up Mount Washington's Jacob's Ladder. Then hike those mountains, trails are minutes away. In winter goskiing at 3 resorts within 30 minutes. It's also just 15 mins to Santa’s Village, 30 mins to Cannon, Bretton Woods & Wildcat, and Cog Rail & Auto Road.
Hike the presidential rail trail, or the AT trails, see Pinkham & Franconia Notch, or enjoy downtime relaxing by the fire. It's a very private spot to unwind but only 20 mins to cafes, restaurants & shopping.
About the Space:
Rustic, beautiful log home with 3 upstairs bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 full bed & a double twin/trundle) and one downstairs cellar basement room with queen bed and 3/4 bathroom and HDTV.
Living room has 55” smart HDTV (Netflix, Apple TV, Prime) and fireplace and sofa plus recliner.
Dining room includes seating for 6-8.
Outdoor deck features propane fireplace, solo stove, seating and the patio was a fire pit, both with amazing views of the Presidential Range.
Kitchen includes modern appliances, espresso machine, coffee maker, ice maker and all appliances and items we could think of.
Rooms include handmade rustic furniture made from locally milled wood, full kitchen with modern appliances.
Garage parking for one car is available.
Nestled on 4.8 acres with a small brook.

Access the entire home and surrounding property (front yard and backyard and wooded area). This is an entire home with neighbors no closer than 400 feet.
THINGS TO NOTE (Must Read to Book):
This is a rural cabin that is very close to restaurants, breweries, cafes and pubs. Yet it is on a town dirt road. It is not like a suburban home--so note the following! It is understood you have read this if you book.
WINTER Bookings (must read):
Road to cabin is only plowed 5"+ (so if it snows 4 inches, NO plowing). Long driveway to cabin is SNOWPACKED after a storm. You MUST be able and willing to shovel and clear snow from your cars. All guests MUST HAVE 4WD--NO exceptions. There is no sanding, or suburban-type plowing. Low-clearance, small-tire, FWD sedans WILL have TROUBLE getting up the gravel driveway if it snows or ices up.
SUMMER Bookings (must read):
There is NO A/C. Cabin is cooled by ceiling fans and mountain air. If you are AC dependent, do NOT book in July or August. You will not need it other months.
Parking:
Available in garage, across from garage or small driveway area. Trailers over 16' are next to impossible on this property--NO turnarounds or pass throughs at all.
