The Perfect Spot- 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Home in the Heart of Gainesville! This beautiful home is only 1.25 miles to UF Stadium, less than 1 mile to Midtown, 2 miles from Shands Hospital, and close to many local favorite restaurants. The driveway is big enough to accommodate 2-3 cars. There is also extra free parkIng along the street just in front of the home. BEDROOMS:
The master bedroom contains a queen sized bed and private bathroom, bedroom 2 has a full sized bed, and bedroom 3 has trundle bed with two twin sized mattresses. There is a second bathroom in the between the second and third bedrooms. There is an extra room where we can add a queen blow up mattress if needed.
FAMILY ROOM:
The spacious living room has a 65 inch Smart Tv, so you can log into all of your favorite streaming apps. There is plenty of room to relax while watching your favorite shows as you spend time with friends, family, or both. There are also board games and a foosball table available for added entertainment.
