Positive: The Apartment was large and comfortable for a family of four.

Negative: The follow up process from the messages on booking.com, the verification process that would not recognise overseas phone numbers, the wait time to speak with customer service to get into the Apartment when we arrived it was over 2.5hrs, the keycode on the door expired after the first 6hrs and then we could not get back into the hotel as the code had changed and they did not advise us we needed to get an app for a door code change and again we waited for 2.5hrs to get to the right department to get back into our room after the first night, there was also no kettle, no bedding to make up the sofa bed for our second child, the towels were new but they still had tags on them, we had just traveled 20hrs from Australia so all of this was quite disappointing considering how tired and hungry we were when we arrived with 2 teenagers. Overall the cleanliness and location were good but the follow up and customer service waits were very unhelpful.
