Summary: Our room was spotless! We flew in late, and we called ahead of our flight to make sure they put our key in a lockbox for late arrival. It was so easy to get our key/ check in and access our room. The walls are thin as it’s an older building, so you can and will hear the neighbors talking and their tvs. It wasn’t a deal breaker for us. The AC unit was a bonus as well and the ceiling fan!
