OUR HOME
Our home is in New Paltz on 2.2 acres, 1 mile from town, close to numerous walking and biking trails. Rock climbing is extraordinary at the GUNKS - just 20 minutes away. NP is a friendly family town with restaurants, shops, and plenty of nearby farmers markets showcasing the produce of the valley's rich soil.
Our solarium room will keep you dry from occasional storms while you are surrounded by the sounds of nature.
The space
Our home has a lot of light! On the first floor there is a very large well equipped kitchen with a table for 6 and a separate dining room. The living room has a vaulted ceiling, 2 skylights, ceiling fan and gas insert fireplace. You will also find a newly remodeled full bathroom, a tv/den room with pullout sofa and a solarium leading onto a large deck.
On the 2nd floor are 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the other 2 bedrooms are adjacent to a bathroom with a shower/tub and 2 sinks.
On the deck you will find a new Weber, table and chairs and lounging chairs.
The back lawn is excellent for kids to play outside, throw balls and run around.
Our vegetable garden will be producing greens and lettuces and PLEASE feel free to harvest and enjoy.
