Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The hotel is beautiful with excellent design features both in public areas and the guest room. The premium King has a nice seating area, comfortable bed with high quality bedding, and a rainfall shower with designer bath amenities. The Nespresso coffee maker was a nice touch. The hotel also offered complimentary coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. It is a great location for multiple ski resorts!

Negative: Though the experience overall was great, there were a few misses. First, the front staff were very nice and helpful but hard to get a hold of. We called to front desk multiple times but no response. They may just need more staff. The TVs have cable but no access to streaming or apps. The pool heater was broken—reimbursement for guest pass to recreation center was offered. The hotel is right next to residences on several sides, so there are limited views for those rooms.
