The Space:
This unit is located on the first floor and boasts 750 square feet of optimal island living space. This unit comfortably sleeps a party of 4 featuring a king bed in the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room as well as a full bathroom conveniently located between the bedroom and living room. The oversized lanai features ample outdoor seating to enjoy the tranquil setting of Captiva. The unit was recently upgraded with a walk-in shower and high end furniture in the living room.

Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Captiva Villas complex, including a heated pool, grill and cooking area, communal laundry room.
