It has red leather seating, direct access to the pool area, and a large flat screen TV mounted to wall—perfect for watching your favorite movies on after a long day out at the parks. When the food is ready, you can pick between eating at the breakfast bar or the dining area.
Head through the glass patio doors in the living room, and you’ll step foot into the screened-in pool area. Here, you’ll find a large pool to cool off in, sun beds for working on your tan, and a lanai with patio furniture underneath for those who want to enjoy the Florida weather, but out of the direct sunlight. If you want some indoor entertainment, head the Star-Wars-themed games room in the converted garage. Here, you’ll find a pool table, arcade games machines, and a shuffleboard table.

Highlands reserve is a mixed golf community that sits on SR27 and is less than 10 miles from Disney world. The community is made up of both residential and short-term rental homes ranging from 3-6 bedrooms, the community is built and was designed around the golf course, so some homes have gorgeous golf course views. The community also has a children’s play lot, tennis courts and, of course, the golf course, practice area and small clubhouse. The golf course itself is very well known and was designed to be tree lined and undulating it was based on some of the Scottish golf courses with spacious fairways and large but very difficult greens.
