Newly renovated. Close to shopping, restaurants and a park at end of the block and 1 mile from the 202 and 60 freeways. Easy access to all of Phoenix, Tucson, Old Town Scottsdale, Sedona, Flagstaff, etc.... 35 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport and 15 minutes to Mesa Gateway Airport. 12 miles to San Tan Mall with plenty of shopping and entertainment. Bike/walking path and greenbelt at the end of the street. Be at ASU in 25 minutes. 20 minutes to DT Gilbert which has really turned into an awesome entertainment destination. Right in the middle between Usery Mountain and San Tan Area for amazing hiking and mountain biking, about 20 minutes to either locale.
