The set up is ideal. 2 living rooms, 2 dinings rooms, 2 kitchens, with an Epic game room, 5 large bedrooms and two wrap around decks to listen to the River below! If your looking for fun, an easy in and out location for all vehicle types, with Resort amenities like (a community pool in season) basketball, tennis, hiking, waterfalls, etc. this is a place you cannot pass up! 10 minutes to downtown Ellijay!
Getting Around:
Directions to Walnut Mountain and Entry to the Cabin:
When traveling down Hwy. 52, Turn onto Turniptown Rd. This will take you approx. 4 miles to the entrance to Walnut Mountain. We are at Gate #1. If you arrive before 4pm please check in at Welcome center on your left to the left of gate #1 on the creek. Give them name of the owner, Jerry Crumpton and address to property (above) and they will open the gate for you. If arriving after 4pm, contact our answering service by proceeding to Gate #1 and enter code 674 this will call them, and they can let you through the gate. No Entrance is available after 10pm as there is currently no overnight answering service. Once you are through gate #1 continue up Laurel Ridge Dr. approx. 250 yards till you reach the first driveway on your left by the river. Pull into the carport or in the driveway area that is easiest for your stay.
