Summary: I should have said something you requested my if not demand that I'd be giving a different room the walls were dirty the environment was dirty and when I got around to the air conditioner there was so much build up of allergens and I mean it was so pretty dirty I mean I was speechless you have to clean it out and not say anything and I just make the best out of it and kept it to myself but I think these people really need to step up to their hospitality and you know cleanliness for being part of hotels.com or you don't mean the general population they advertise to
