This recently renovated single-family home features a well-appointed kitchen and island, living and dining spaces as well a loft space that serves as a great kids play area or home office. Sleeps 5 comfortably with 2 additional futons, 2 pack-n-plays and also boasts 2 dedicated workspaces for remote work or kids' homework space. There's also a large rear yard with plenty of space to run around. Located in close proximity to a public pool and Harper Park, with a playground and picnic space, is only a 5 minute walk away.
Living Room - features a sofa, futon, and large TV to relax and unwind.
Kitchen - The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials for cooking, including starter pantry items (olive oil, salt, pepper) as well as kids' dishware and utensils. There is also a coffee station with starter supply of K-cups and coffee filters for your use.
Dining - There is both a formal dining table with seating for 4 along with counter seating at the kitchen island for 3. A booster seat with tray is also provided for infants/toddlers.
Bedrooms - There are 3 bedrooms total, with the master bedroom on the 1st floor and two bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed, blackout curtains, and ample storage for your belongings. Bedroom 1 upstairs includes a double bed and desk. Bedroom 2 upstairs is furnished with a kid or tween in mind with a playful twin "house" bed, a wake-up clock and easy access cube shelving.
Open Office/Play Area - Our favorite room in the house! This home features an open space overlooking the living room that makes for an ideal kids play area and/or home office. There's another futon here, desk with storage and shelves stocked with toys, books and games.
Bathrooms - Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and starter supply of hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet paper. The upstairs guest bathroom features kid-friendly amenities including a bathtub mat, faucet cover, rinse cup and small step stool.
Laundry Area - A full-size washer and dryer is included in the garage. Laundry detergent, fabric softener and dryer balls provided.

ENTRY:
The front door has an electronic keypad. You will be provided a unique entry code 1-2 days prior to check-in.
Check-in is anytime after 3pm CST and check-out is 11am CST. (Please read check-out instructions for additional details.) Early check-in may be available upon request.
AMENITIES:
We provide basic essentials including hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, facial tissue, shampoo/conditioner/bath wash, toilet paper, kitchen can liner, toilet can liners and laundry detergent. We also provide some pantry essentials such as olive oil, salt, pepper, and sugar.
WIFI:
Internet is included with speed up to 300 Mbps. Please bring your own logins for Netflix, Disney+ and other streaming services.
KIDS AMENITIES:
This home includes outlet protectors, cabinet locks, step stools and a baby gate for your use. We have 2 pack-n-plays, including crib sheets and 1 mini crib mattress for added comfort. For the dining area, we provide a booster seat with harness & tray for your little one, kids' utensils and dishware. For the bath area, we provide a bathtub mat, faucet cover, bath rinse cup, and small step stool. We also provide a few kids' toys, books and board games for entertaining.
CLEANING:
For stays of 6 weeks or longer, a monthly cleaning service is required for additional charge of $180/cleaning. This service will be provided by the host and we will coordinate the schedule with you.
LAWN SERVICE & YARD IRRIGATION:
This home has a bi-weekly lawn mowing service and is equipped with an automatic irrigation system in the front and rear yards scheduled to run weekly at dawn. Please do not change the irrigation scheduling, or attempt to water the lawn on your own. Please contact us if you see any problems.
