Summary: Fifth time staying here. Every other time was a good experience. The staff, room, accommodations...it was always welcoming and pleasant. This time, not so much. We arrived at about 11pm for check in. The host at the desk was dressed and acted like a thug straight from the ghetto. Our room wad dingy and the a/c was set at 52 degrees (it was pouring rain ouside). The bathroom had teallow stains covering the ceiling, the bathtub was stained brown and all of the body wash, shampoo and conditioner bottles were completely empty. I removed them just to double check. It was just a very poor experience for our Christmas stay.
