This lovely home is located right off I-20 and Washington Rd in a quiet, secluded neighborhood. Here you are close to shopping, entertainment, restaurants etc. You are also approximately 10 minutes from Augusta University and Piedmont hospital. You will be less than 10 minutes from Augusta University also. The home is about a 20 minute drive to Fort Gordon.
The home has an air purifier installed into the HVAC system.
The space
The home is approximately 1900 square feet and a covered patio to enjoy the outdoors. All rooms (with the exception of the side room) have a smart tv so you are able to watch via subscriptions.
There are 2 full size refrigerators available to use.
In the game room, you will find a nice bar with a pool table and Golden Tee game with two TV's.
There is a doorbell camera at the front door and a motion light camera in the backyard. They are not monitored. Only use in case there is an instance.
