Publix Supermarket is just 5 minutes away by vehicle. Our best vacation ever. We are booking it again for January!” Completely remodeled unit is 1st in Duplex located at front of property and features travetine floors, Fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, recessed lighting, safe for personal items, and washer/dryer. Exterior features include a private deck and covered patio with bbq, stunning tropical enclave, lush landscaping surrounding a breath-taking shared pool, hammock, and fire pit. For the little ones, we have a pack-n-play, and high chair available for rent. Only 19 minute drive to the beautiful Fort Lauderdale Beach. Close to shopping centers, restaurants and bars. 16 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale Country Club, 23 minutes from the Jacaranda Golf Course, 20 minutes from the Inverrary Country Club, 12 minutes from the Galleria at Fort Lauderdale Mall. A little about Fort Lauderdale, one of the World's Premier Beachfronts: The City of Fort Lauderdale boasts more than seven miles of sparkling beaches that offer residents and visitors premier opportunities for recreation, relaxation and enjoyment. The City’s award-winning wavewall and signature beachfront promenade highlight Fort Lauderdale’s world famous coastline, which is punctuated by an array of shops, restaurants, sidewalk cafes and entertainment venues.
