This newly refurbished home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and sleeps up to 8 guests. The property is located 2.5 miles north of Bryant Denny Stadium in Historic Downtown Northport - just a 4 minute walk to the lively downtown area! The living room, dining room, and kitchen are open concept and there is ample seating for everyone to gather around and enjoy. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to create a home cooked meal or tailgate treats! There is also coffee starter pack to keep the whole group caffeinated. The home is kid friendly and the backyard is fully fenced in.
Bedrooms:
The first bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed and daybed with a trundle. All three bedrooms have an attached bathroom and each bathroom has a tub shower.
The Outdoors: there is a deck with plenty of outdoor seating and a gas grill. The yard is wooded and fully fenced in, in addition to being a short 10 minute walk to Kentuck Park.
