This condo is located in the gated community of Palm Beach Landings, just three blocks from Downtown Fort Myers, close to beaches, Edison and Ford Winter Estates, Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins Spring Training facilities, Shopping, Dining and whole lot more. There is also a free trolley outside the building that will take you to the Downtown area. Public transportation is also available within a very close proximity to the property.
This condo is located on the 4th floor with partial beautiful river views from the balcony. This condo is fully furnished, including fully stocked kitchen and plenty of space to comfortably sleep four. The spacious master bedroom has a queen size bed and ample closet space. The other bedroom has a full size bed, also with ample close space. The living room area has comfortable sofas, a flat screen tv and sitting area to enjoy a drink or a book. The sliding glass door in the living area opens up to a balcony with 2 comfortable chairs where you can sit and enjoy the view of the Caloosahatchee River while drinking your morning coffee.
The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances. There is plenty of counter space for cooking. The breakfast bar overlooks the kitchen but is also convenient to the living and dining areas. There is also a laundry area with a washer and dryer.
