Welcome to 7960 Country Club Road N, in the well known Jungle Prada Neighborhood of St Petersburg. 5 min from the Tyrone Mall, 6 Min to local beaches and restaurants and 10 minutes to Downtown and the Pier! There is a free boat launch a block away on the Intercostal and the house has a separate driveway to park your boat! The house is a mid century modern style with a massive master bedroom that can sleep 3 or 4, with king bed, walk in shower, soak tub and shower. the other 3 bedrooms have queen beds and the living area and dining room are spacious. You'll love the new kitchen with a table that seats 10 people and an island that seats four. The pool area has a 6 person jacuzzi and lots of space and lounges for guests to lay in the sun, or sit by the fire pit at night. Of course there is a gas grill on hand.
