Minutes from Coconut Point Mall, Miromar Outlets and 15 minutes from Fort Myers Airport. 25 minutes to the beaches.
The Space: New carpeting in bedrooms and living room, tile every where else. 3 TV's, High speed internet, cable television. The living room features a reclining sofa and loveseat, TV and beautiful views from the lanai over looking the lake and golf course. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a table with 4 chairs and a breakfast bar with 4 stools. The master bedroom has a new king size mattress, dresser, 50 inch TV, beautiful lake view with access to the lanai. Master bath has a double sink, toilet, walk in shower and large walk in closet. The other bedroom features comfortable king size bed, Roku TV, closet and dresser. Guest bathroom has a tub/shower with closet containing a full size washer and dryer. All rooms have been freshly painted. A separate lease agreement needs to be signed and submitted to the property management 21 days before arrival along with the property fee. The owners lease agreement will be sent to you upon the booking. 30 day rental. The $200.00 HOA Registration Fee IS INCLUDED in final rate cost.
