Beach chairs and umbrella for your use, as well as beach towels should you decide to enjoy a trip to one of the 3 beautiful beaches. The beaches are approximately 15 miles from the property. Condo is conveniently located 11 miles from RSW airport. CCC offers pay as you play Troon golf, tennis courts, pickle-ball, and bocce. A wellness center with a full gym, 3 1/2 miles of preserve walking trails where wildlife abounds, and a beautiful clubhouse that offers the welcoming Sunset Bar and Grill overlooking the 18th green. All amenities transfer to the renter*.Additional enjoyments such as massages, yoga classes, etc are available for an additional fee. 3 pools for your enjoyment if you so desire. (Clubhouse pool, South pool and neighborhood pool.)The neighborhood pool is just down the street. A short walking distance. About 200 steps. A full grocery store, liquor store, barber, and gas station as well as other retailers are located just outside the front gate. Therefore there is no need to traverse any main roads to access these amenities.
