Amazing, newly decorated ranch style home located on beautiful Virginia Avenue, just 6 blocks south of the Skybridge. The large double lot offers an expansive fenced grassy area great for children and pets alike. Flooring is wood and tile for a family friendly environment. Entering the house, you will be in the spacious living room with large TV and comfy leather furniture. A dining table for 8 is just off the open brand new kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. To the right of the Living room are two Queen bedrooms and a Guest Bath with beautiful tile, tub and shower. Down a few steps from the kitchen is a private den area with sofa sleeper and large TV. From here, you can access the large yard, patio and Gas Grill or enter the private King Master Bedroom with its own bath. FMB STR 19-0473 This reservation has a No Refunds cancellation policy.
