The main oceanfront living area extends the entire 40 ft. length of the Villa. The Gourmet Kitchen overlooks the dining room and Atlantic Ocean trough the picture window that gives you the feeling of being so close to the beach and ocean and features a 10 ft. granite breakfast bar and shares the stunning views through the picture window. A separate southern exposure deck is accessible from both the dining room and kitchen through separate sliding doors which also provide spectacular views. There is also a wet bar accessible from kitchen as well as the living area for your enjoyment.
The 2nd level Master Bedroom/bath features a king size bed and sitting area with view of the ocean, dual sinks, over size shower, and oceanfront deck. The Second upstairs Bedroom suite affords stunning views of the marsh and Intracoastal waterway with two twin size beds and its own private full bath. The 3rd bedroom, which is conveniently located on the main floor, is furnished with a queen size bed, and a full bath. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV.
This Villa is located on Amelia Island Plantation which offers activities suitable for all ages and is a great place for a family vacation. You can enjoy the nature center, chartered deep sea fishing, trips to famous Cumberland Island as well as horseback riding, kayaking, and miles of bike and walking trails. Tennis courts are available within the complex and several golf courses are available nearby. You can also visit Civil war era Fort Clinch, Historic Fernandina Beach, or even St. Augustine.
