Our home is set in a perfect location. A quiet established small community overlooking a beautiful lake yet five minutes walk from the wold famous IMG Bollitieri Tennis & Golf Academy. A number of excellent golf courses are within a short drive. With its own screened heated pool and furnished and maintained to a high standard, our home has air conditioning throughout with elegant ceiling fans in all rooms, including the external covered dining area. Two large master bedrooms each with en-suite and walk in closets and a double bedroom with its own bathroom, fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and separate eating nook with microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer, laundry room with washer and dryer, formal dining area, and family areas looking out over the lake. The garden and heated pool are fully maintained. Some of Florida's finest beaches and a restaurants are only a few minutes drive away, and cultural Sarasota and St Armonds Circle some 20 min drive. Absolutely perfect !
