Welcome to your relaxing coastal escape at Bonita Beach & Tennis Club. This ninth-floor condo faces southwest and offers a beautiful view of the water with warm afternoon light and a peaceful coastal atmosphere. While it does not have a direct sunset view, the screened balcony provides a wonderful place to enjoy the open sky, gentle breezes, and the calm surroundings. Bonita Beach is just a five-minute walk from the building, with cafés, waterfront restaurants, and local shops close by.
Inside, the condo is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Although not fully renovated, the interior is very nice and provides a welcoming setting for easy vacation living. The space includes a king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a TV with cable and streaming capabilities. Fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.
A starter set of essentials is included for arrival. Guests will find small amounts of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. For safety and hygiene reasons, consumable items are not replenished during your stay, and we do not provide food items, spices, oils, coffee, or other perishable products. Guests may purchase any additional supplies they need.
The community currently offers two heated pools and pickleball courts for guest use. Other amenities throughout the property remain under construction. Parking is free and open, and check-in is simple with a personal door code provided prior to arrival.
With its southwest-facing water views, comfortable interior, and convenient location near the beach, this condo offers a pleasant and relaxing home base for your time in Southwest Florida.
