The main level of this home features 10' ceilings, shiny wood floors throughout with tiled baths, large formal living room, large open eat-in kitchen, and a family room that adjoins the sunrooms plus a Poker room for entertainment downstairs!
Features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the Main Level with a separate 2 bedrooms 1 full bath terrace level en suite room perfect for in-laws or au pair. The bright/open floor-plan boasts fireplace, sunroom, renovated kitchen, & multi-deck, terrace level has a full kitchen, living room, and Enchanting backyard with pond!
The large master bedroom has a queen bed en suite bathroom, tiled walk-in shower, hardwood floors, walk-in closet plus chest drawers. A Jack and Jill bath accompanies the 2 secondary bedrooms, with a king bed and another bedroom with two single beds on the main level. Fourth bedroom with 3 single beds and the Fifth bedroom with a queen bed that has outside access on to the deck.
We retain the unique charm of the antique brick of the structure while providing a modern kitchen! This was wonderfully achieved by using white Swedish cabinets, granite countertops (which incorporate the small bar area). Also, features stainless steel appliances: stove, double door refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher.
Also equipped with wifi, flat-screen tv, washer/dryer, and free driveway and street parking for your convenience!
From here you can stroll to McClatchey Park or take a short walk to Piedmont Park, the Beltline, Atlanta Botanical Gardens, shops, restaurants and so much more!

**Insect and Pest**
Please note that this is a big older house where you might encounter insects/bugs during your stay. Our home is being treated regularly by the pest control company and the residue of these treatments may leave some dead insects and on some occasions you may possibly see bugs coming out after the service but they'll eventually die due to the treatment. This is not a sign of infestation, rather that the treatment is working. Please notify us immediately if you see any live insects, so we may take appropriate action. An encounter with a pest inside or outside of your rental is not reason for termination of your rental agreement nor a refund of all or any part of your monies.
-We charge $100 fee for the first pet will be added to the reservation cost and $75 for any additional pets and will only allow a maximum of 3 pets only. This does not cover any damage that may be incurred or cleaning up excessive pet hair or waste.
-IMPORTANT: Dog poop must be picked up - especially in front of the property or on the street as there will be a FINE of $200.
We cannot accept animals that are not fully potty trained or will possibly scratch furniture. We have some new furniture inside and will have to do a close inspection before and after to make sure there is no damage which we have to consider in regards to the security deposit, including smell or hair. Guests should be able to clean any hair out before leaving.
-$25 fee for Excessive pet hair cleaning up.
-Early check-in fee $75, WHEN AVAILABLE only, kindly check with us on the day of your check-in.
-Late check-out fee, minimum charge of $75 (depending on how late), WHEN AVAILABLE only, kindly check with us the day before your check-out.
-Any noise/disturbance that causes neighbor disruption will incur a $1000 fee, because that can lead to us being forced off Airbnb by the housing community association.
-No Smoking allowed. Smoking inside the property is subjected to $750 FINE which will be used to deodorize the home before the next guest arrives.
-There will be a $250 fine if we found our smoking detector is tampered after checkout
