The moment you step into this spacious and newly renovated and restyled home, you’ll know you are on vacation! Cool beach accents and stylish Disney décor complement the new furnishings throughout. Did we mention mermaids? As you make your way through the home adorned with beautiful mermaids, you will be magically transported to your own private oasis! The lower level is a modern open concept, full of natural light. The home has new stainless-steel appliances, granite counters, and tile backsplash in an open-plan kitchen overlooking the dining and family lounge room. The lounge area has a sofa and recliner, 4K 55” flat screen smart tv, ceiling fan, and sliding doors that lead to the furnished lanai and private heated pool and spa (heating optional extra). The home is furnished with a complimentary new gas grill for fun-filled evenings barbecuing with the family and lounging by the pool. The dining room seats 6 with additional bar seating 4 or dine al fresco by the pool.

A complimentary coffee station with a Keurig coffee maker and full-size coffee pot, fully stocked with a variety of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, creamer, and sugar is our way of saying “thank you”.

The garage has been converted to retro-style gaming with a bonus tv, foosball table, and karaoke machine. Visit Tuscan Hills Community Center which has a 4000 sq ft. clubhouse, fitness center, game room, tennis court, sand volleyball court, kids' playground, patio area, and complimentary wi-fi service. The home is equipped with a PS4 gaming system, board games, puzzles, books, and card games, for your entertainment.

We have provided pool floats, water toys, and plenty of beach towels for fun in the sun! The pool is fully lit at night for those that wish to enjoy an evening swim or unwind in the spa and let the jets relax you from a long day at the parks.

The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, electric mixer, crock pot, electric skillet, kettle, and other handy items. Also provided are a full set of cook and bakeware, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, kitchen aids, and baby/toddler dishes.

No need to overpack, please feel free to use the in-home laundry facility with a full-sized washer & dryer, and iron/ironing board, provided with complimentary starter detergent. Each bathroom and bedroom are well stocked with linen. For your convenience, several of the bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers.

We cater to the little ones by providing a highchair, crib with fresh linen, portable playpen, infant/baby bath, bath toys, and electrical outlet covers. For their safety, there is a protective mesh pool fence that functions as a barrier to the pool. There are also safety alarms on both pool-facing sliding glass doors to alert you when the slider doors have been opened. There are toys and books to keep them entertained when you are back from a day at the park!

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
