Take the stairs to the second level of the home which is the main living area. Upon entering the home you will find a half bath immediately to your right, along with the spacious laundry room a few steps away. The main living area is an open concept one that encompasses the kitchen, living room and dining area. A large wall of sliding glass doors and multiple windows in the kitchen provide natural light throughout this area.
The living room offers multiple super comfortable seating options, allowing everyone to spread out and relax. There's a large flat screen TV and wireless internet to keep you connected and entertained. The kitchen is expansive with an endless amount of cupboard space and new stainless steel appliances. Heading south from the house you can walk to Santini Marina Plaza. Jump on the trolley heading north into Times Square where you will find more shops, restaurants, and some great nightlife.
