EB&T #106b - This cute and clean 1/1 beachside condo is Dog Friendly! The unit features a full kitchen with dishwasher, main living space, separated bedroom area, a full bathroom with shower/tub combo, and private balcony!

The unit comes with a king bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing a max occupancy of 4 guests. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of beach towels you can take to the ocean! There are coin-operated laundry rooms are located on the ground level of each building at EBT.
Estero Beach and Tennis Club is a highly sought after condo complex located near the south end of Fort Myers Beach. Here you can walk for miles on our white sand beach, swim in warm tropical gulf waters, enjoy gorgeous sunsets, play tennis, pickleball or bocce, or simply relax by the heated pool. Nearby there is a marina and the gorgeous Lovers Key State Park.
* We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Estero Beach and Tennis (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers. *
Per condo association rules, all guests upon arrival to the complex must sign in with the onsite office at EBT to complete registration forms and receive their parking pass.

This unit is pet-friendly for small dogs only (max up to 40 lbs), at least 1 year or older, with a 2 pet limit. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200 fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.
