This 3rd floor 3-BR, 2-BA, 1645 sq. ft. corner unit boasts the largest floor plan at One Ludington Place. 2-king beds & 2-sets of bunk beds sleep 8 in comfort & luxury. Master suite includes an oversized shower & soaking tub. Fully equipped kitchen, cozy fireplace, & separate laundry room with full sized washer and dryer provide all you need for a carefree getaway. Activities abound with the beautiful beach & lighthouse just 5-blocks away. Parks, shops & over a dozen nice restaurants are within a much shorter walk. Rainy day entertainment includes 3-HDTV's, 2-DVD players, an i-Pod docking station, as well as many books, puzzles & games. Gas grills are located in the "common area" for all to use. Bed, bath & kitchen linens are provided. **NOTE**: Summer peak 7 (seven) night minimum Saturday to Saturday. In the Spring, Fall, and off season there is a 3 (three) night minimum.
