Seating for dinner inside or outside! Patio area offers plenty of light, dart board, smart TV, ping pong table, and outdoor fans to keep you cool. Short walk to the park/ballfields. Centrally located to a variety of restaurants, shopping, activities, and numerous beaches!
When you enter our home, you walk into the family room, and have great views of the pool area! Dining room on the left which walks into kitchen and into family room. Master bedroom includes King bed, and private master bath with rainfall shower, master has direct access to patio and pool area. 2nd bedroom includes Queen bed, and private walk-in closet. 3rd bedroom includes bunk bed with Queen, and 2 twin beds with walk-in closet. Garage holds all pool toys, life jackets, basketball/basketball hoop, basinet, and high chair. Garage fridge is great for extra beverages and bonus room!
