To accommodate up to 6 guests, Villa Olinda comes with 3 bedrooms: Two of them are equipped with double beds, while the third bedroom with single beds is perfectly suited for children. There is also a portacrib for babies. Last but not least, all rooms can be darkened and have their own TV.
A true wellness oasis awaits you in the master bathroom. In addition to extra-space, this room features a bathtub and a large shower, as well as a separate toilet. The second bathroom comes with a shower plus toilet, and of course, there is a laundry room to wash and dry your clothes.

Not only little guests will love the villa´s pool. Thanks to electric heating, you can swim at any weather and even at night, as mosquitos are kept away by a special pool cage. Do you simply want to unwind? Then, make yourself comfortable on the sunbeds and enjoy a prime view of Cape Coral´s beautiful canal.
Directly at this canal, the villa´s boat deck lends itself to sunbathing, fishing or watching the sunset. In addition, you can start your boating adventure here. The saltwater canal offers direct access to the Gulf of Mexico, making the trip to open waters easy. Tropical gems like Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach await you! There are beach chairs and towels in the villa, and when you are back, an electric boat lift allows for dry storage.
Motorists have every reason to be happy, too: Thanks to the villa´s central location, all important spots in Cape Coral are within reach. In a few minutes, you will get to the restaurants and shops on Cape Coral Parkway. The next public beach is only 6 miles away, and children will enjoy the playground at Rotary Park. Or how about some watery fun? Then, pack your swim trunks and make the 10-minute drive to Sun Splash Water Park with its exciting slides. Another benefit is the proximity to Cape Coral Bridge – perfect if you want to go shopping at the Miromar Outlet Center. Only 40 minutes separate you from this retail paradise. For all your trips, the villa provides a stroller, one baby seat and two children´s seats.

2. The price does not include electricity consumption. Electricity consumption will be charged after departure with 0,15ct. per Kwh. Consumption varies depending on the time of year as well as the use of the pool heater and air conditioning. The average cost of electricity per week is $35-$50.
3. Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with additional $50. We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper, detergent and garbage bags free of charge for the first 2-3 days of your stay.
4. In case of a cancellation, we charge a handling fee of 5% on the payment amount already made. This fee is automatically offset against the refund.
