The Space:
Prepare to relax and rejuvenate in this beautiful 4-bedroom 4-bath condo on the second (top) floor. The large, bright and airy full size kitchen invites the chef in you to emerge for those meals with family and friends. There is plenty of seating on the spacious screened in porch with lagoon view, making it a perfect place for entertaining or just relaxing with family. Each bedroom has a dedicated bathroom. Large laundry room has full size washer and dryer with folding counter. Ceiling fans in main area and bedrooms. This unit offers a 40" TV with a premium cable package and streaming abilities (Firestick). Apps are accessible by guest's personal log-in credentials. If you need baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table and/or porta crib) or beach chairs they are available at no charge upon request with a minimum of 48 business hours' notice. For weekend and holiday deliveries there is a $25 fee. All items subject to availability. Please note: For the safety of our guests, we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. This property is not ADA compliant and is stair access only. 1-week minimum stay. Owner's closet is excluded from tenant's use.
Guest Access:
On day of check in you will receive lockbox instructions. This is a gated community, and all drivers must be on the gate list. All over-night guests must be added prior to arrival.

Nestled in the heart of World Golf Village, The Residences is situated on the 8th hole of the award-winning championship Slammer & Squire Golf Course. Five minutes down the road you will find another award-winning championship course…The King & Bear. Onsite you have access to a heated outdoor pool and a fitness center. Nearby, long term guests also have access to the King & Bear lap pool, zero entry pool, tennis courts, and additional amenities. Access to some of the K & B amenities requires a pass. The HOA rules require each guest to sign for the pass, so we regret we are unable to leave passes in the property unless we have advance notice.
The Circles of Wellness Spa, great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall are about five to seven minutes away. Only twenty minutes away you will find sandy white sparkling beaches and historic Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year.
Getting Around:
To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend you have a vehicle, but for those who prefer walking there are some area restaurants 1.5 to 2.5 miles away.
Other Things to Note:
We love animals, but the association has strict rules that must be followed. All animals must be housebroken and approved in advance. No aggressive breeds OR pets over 50 pounds are allowed per HOA guidelines. For pet approval, please send a message to the host stating the breed, age and weight, along with photos of your animal and current vaccine records to comply with the HOA rules. If authorized, a request for payment will be sent and must be paid in advance. The pet fee is $75 per pet for short stays and up to $300 for stays of 6 months or more. Pet fee does NOT include picking up pet waste on property. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended. All animals, including assistance animals, must be disclosed in advance, and the third-party screening completed prior to bringing any animal onto the premises.
