This happy beach home is elevated with a carport, storage room, screen porch, and a large Weber Grill underneath. We have all the beach equipment you will need. This beautiful house is perfect for you to spend the holidays here.
The community heated pool is a very short walk. The tennis court is next door to the pool. There is also a deeded beach entry for the community and guests. You can also walk to Gramma Dot's Cafe and the Sanibel Marina. You are steps from San Carlos Bay and the public fishing pier plus you are about half a mile from the Lighthouse and beach on the gulf side. Sanibel boasts some of the world's best shelling. Come here and sit back, relax, and enjoy the Sanibel Sun.
