Located in Sunset Captiva, a gorgeous community with resort grade amenities on Captiva Island, this three bedroom, three bath home features a fit and finish to be marveled at, wonderful artwork, and all of the features one would expect from a top-notch vacation rental. Amenities include a large heated pool, tennis/pickleball courts, grills, and private beach access. Book our home and make memories to last a lifetime!

The Space:
This beach cottage is one of just a few 3 BR / 3 BA homes in Sunset Captiva, thus able to comfortably accommodate a party of 6. The first floor features an open concept kitchen and living area that opens up to a screened-in lanai with ample seating both inside and outside. The guest bedrooms are also located on this floor, each bedroom featuring a comfy queen bed and access to a private bathroom. The master bedroom is located on the second floor, featuring a queen bed, en-suite bathroom and access to a private sundeck. This floor also features a desk, ideal for those who need to plug-in and work during their stay.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to everything in residence and all amenities located in Sunset Captiva including pool, pickleball/tennis courts and private beach access.
The Neighborhood:
This property is close to everything Captiva has to offer in terms of restaurants and entertainment. Sunset Captiva is a fantastic development and one of the most sought after in all of SWFL! Known for peace, tranquility, and quality of water and sand, it is hard to find a better vacation destination!
Getting Around:
Ditch the car once you arrive here, you can get around by walking, biking or golf cart.
Other Things to Note:
On September 2022, our area was impacted by Hurricane Ian, a Category 4 storm. Our community has been significantly impacted by this historic storm, and hurricane recovery efforts are still in progress. Many beaches, restaurants and stores are already open and welcoming visitors. The good news is that the island is open, the weather is great and the situation is improving every day. Whether vacationing or working here, we ask guests to be mindful of the challenges that our community is facing, and understanding of current limitations.
