Spend a week on this idyllic Florida island accessible only by boat or ferry- no cars on the island, only golf carts. Free membership to Island Club Olympic sized pool(s), hot tub, free kayaks and bicycles, tennis courts, playground as well as a private deeded access beach all within walking distance from this island home. A short walk (5 minutes) or ride in your golf cart takes you to a private deeded access beach- or to the North Captiva Island Clubhouse facilities. We own the empty lot to our left which gives us a very private and quiet setting. The open floor plan allows the living room and kitchen to flow together – great for cooking and entertaining at the same time! A full wall of glass provides a bright living area and great exposure to the outside. Relax on the screened in porch while the hammock sways you to sleep. The Master and Queen bedrooms each have full private bathrooms and the twin and bunk room share a full bathroom. One additional half bath upstairs.Two bedrooms have TV's and cable access and WiFi is available in the home. An excellent value in this tropical paradise. (Do not purchase damage insurance through VRBO- you will be purchasing this through North Captiva Island Club- $59 for $3000/damage)
