New owners have made this already wonderful vacation rental truly spectacular, having all new furniture, flooring, vanities, countertops, cabinets, and much more. Everything is being done top of the line through West Elm and Crate + Barrell, just to name a few. Beach Villa 2418 is a two-bedroom/two-bathroom vacation rental condominium located on the 2nd floor (1st living level) and has a direct view out to the Gulf of Mexico. Our spacious condo offers 1,000 sq ft of space with a very comfortable living area and Smart TV. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa for additional guests. Off the living room is a dining area and a full kitchen with upgraded appliances and a Keurig Coffee Maker. The master suite has a very nice king-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom, while the guest bedroom features two twin beds. There is an additional full bathroom off the hallway nearby. The screened lanai is off the living room and is perfect to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail while enjoying the calm Gulf waters and our world-famous sunset.
The association offers a heated pool, tennis, high-speed wireless internet, and BBQ grills. While you don't receive full resort access as this is a privately managed rental, you will save about 50% compared to resort rates, never pay a resort fee, and get to choose our exact unit.
